They are knowledgeable, meticulous and trustworthy. To be honest, a number of years ago when I first purchased my Cayenne, I went to what I thought was a reputable car detailer in the Hampton NH area. They had my car for 5 days & when I went to pick it up, I found the quality of the work was sketchy at best. It was terrible experience. I avoided car details for years until I found Ideal Auto Spa. “I would HIGHLY recommend Ideal Auto Spa! Jake's attention to detail, flexibility, knowledgebase, and professionalism are something to be admired. You can see from the pictures the car looks absolutely incredible, both inside and out. However, what you can't see are the scratches I had on the rear bumper because Jake made them practically disappear. Even more impressive was the reconditioning he performed on my wheels/rims. The clear coat on my rims were full of fine stress fractures from 5 years of New England weather and again, Jake made them disappear. I will 100% be using Ideal Auto Spa again!”
